Ep9 Why we pivot after our world gets shaken & lessons from dealing with loss & finding peace

Madeleine Chu

We’re back with another The Belinda Esterhammer Show x Fem Founded episode and this time fitness entrepreneur Madeleine Chu joined me as guest. I met Madi in my gym and she quickly became a favourite trainer of mine and we discovered that we share many similarities - from both being mixed Cantonese-Caucasians to our entrepreneurial spirit and to us both having lost our dad.

About Madi: Madeleine is a fitness entrepreneur who is dedicated to consulting both businesses and conscious individuals on their weekly lifestyle habits for improved productivity and longevity.

Through years of varied training in commercial enterprise and athletic performance, she has developed educational programming to encourage self practice. As a passionate, driven and motivated fitness healer, she believes in developing visions that provide balance, flexibility, strength and inner confidence to achieve any physical activity or goal.
